Relay keeps the launch workflow focused on service coordination, contractor approval, and safe customer communication.
Relay may collect name, phone, email, property address, service request details, photos supplied by the homeowner, appointment preferences, project notes, consent records, contractor approval status, payment status, and hosted-financing status or offer summaries.
Relay does not intentionally collect or store Social Security numbers, raw credit applications, date of birth, income, bank account data, card numbers, bureau reports, adverse-action reasons, or raw lender payloads.
Relay uses information to document service requests, coordinate contractor approval, schedule visits, send requested call/text/email updates, route hosted financing links, create payment requests, maintain field compliance records, and operate customer support.
Relay may share project details with contractor partners, payment processors, hosted financing providers, email/SMS providers, hosting providers, and professional advisors when needed to operate the service. Licensed work is performed by the responsible licensed contractor.
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for Relay messaging are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
A customer can request corrections, ask Relay to stop non-essential contact, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Some operational records may be retained where needed for compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or safety.
