Relay coordinates the intake, estimate packet, contractor approval, scheduling, hosted financing links, and follow-up for residential service requests.
Relay is a home-service coordination platform. Relay documents visible project conditions, organizes scope notes and photos, routes requests to contractor partners, and helps manage the workflow. Relay is not the contractor of record unless Relay separately holds the required license for the exact service scope.
Licensed construction, trade, permit-driven, warranty, workmanship, and job-site responsibilities belong to the licensed contractor responsible for the approved scope. The final construction or trade agreement should be between the homeowner and that contractor.
A Relay estimate may be preliminary, pricebook-based, contractor-approved, or pending contractor review. Final pricing, permit responsibility, schedule, scope, and contract terms must be approved by the responsible contractor before work begins.
Financing links are hosted by lender partners or contractor-approved financing programs. Relay does not decide credit eligibility, issue loans, or store raw credit application data. Payment processing may be handled through a platform provider such as Stripe or through the contractor's approved payment workflow.
Relay may call, text, or email about a request when consent or an existing business relationship supports the communication. SMS terms are available on the SMS terms page.
Relay is not an emergency-response provider. For active danger, fire, medical emergencies, gas leaks, or urgent life-safety conditions, contact emergency services or the appropriate licensed professional immediately.
Questions can be sent to hello@relayhomeservices.com or by calling (786) 340-8476.
